Role Purpose
As the Head of Business Growth Architect & Solution Consulting, you will be the senior “growth architect” and trusted advisor to C-level leaders of mid-to-large enterprises. You will design integrated growth and transformation solutions that combine business strategy, technology, customer experience, creative marketing, and go-to-market execution—and ensure they work in the real world.
You will also lead and elevate all Solution Consulting and Consulting teams at Jenosize, building a scalable practice, standards, and high-performing talent.
Key Responsibilities
1) C-Level Advisory & Client Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to CEOs/MDs/CMOs/CDOs/CIOs on growth, transformation, and competitiveness.
- Lead executive workshops and boardroom sessions to align vision, priorities, and investment decisions.
- Understand industry dynamics, client business models, and strategic pain points—then translate them into actionable plans.
2) Business Growth Architecture (Strategy → Execution)
- Diagnose growth opportunities across acquisition, conversion, retention, monetization, and customer lifetime value.
- Build end-to-end growth blueprints covering:
- Value proposition & positioning
- Customer lifecycle and loyalty strategy
- Omnichannel CX & service design
- Digital ecosystem and operating model
- Experimentation & performance improvement roadmap
- Deliver practical roadmaps with milestones, governance, KPIs, and accountability.
3) Integrated Solution Consulting (Business + Tech + CX + Creative + AI)
- Design integrated solutions across:
- CX/CRM/Loyalty/MarTech/CDP
- Data & analytics, measurement frameworks, dashboards
- AI use cases (personalization, automation, intelligent operations)
- Platform delivery (web/app, integrations, middleware, workflow automation)
- Creative and campaign ecosystems that drive adoption and results
- Translate business needs into solution blueprints and requirements that product/engineering teams can build.
4) Commercial Leadership (Pre-Sales / Pitch / Proposals)
- Own the solutioning function in major pursuits (enterprise & government).
- Lead proposal development: scope, approach, roadmap, estimation, value case, KPIs, and risk assumptions.
- Partner with BD/Account leadership to win deals through consultative selling and executive storytelling.
- Build repeatable “solution packages” that scale across industries.
5) Practice Leadership — Head of All Solution & Consulting Teams
- Lead and develop consulting and solution teams across multiple squads/projects.
- Establish standards, frameworks, templates, and QA for deliverables (strategy, CX, MarTech, AI, solution architecture).
- Build a “Solution Factory”: faster proposal turnaround, consistent quality, stronger differentiation.
- Coach and mentor senior consultants/managers; define career paths and capability building.
6) Delivery Governance & Measurable Impact
- Ensure delivery excellence from strategy through implementation and value realization.
- Set project governance, risk management, and stakeholder cadence across major engagements.
- Track post-launch outcomes and drive continuous optimization with clients.
Qualifications
- 10–15+ years experience in Strategy/Management Consulting, Digital Transformation, Growth, CX, MarTech, or Solution Consulting.
- Proven ability to advise and influence C-level stakeholders in large organizations.
- Strong understanding of both business strategy and enabling technology, including CRM/CDP/Marketing Automation/Loyalty, data platforms, and AI-driven use cases.
- Demonstrated experience delivering measurable outcomes (revenue growth, conversion, retention, NPS, operational efficiency).
- Excellent communication and executive presence—structured thinking, sharp storytelling, and strong proposal writing.
- Strong leadership track record: building teams, raising quality bars, creating scalable systems.
Nice-to-Have
- Background from top-tier consulting firms (MBB/Big4) or senior strategy roles in enterprises.
- Domain experience in Retail, FMCG, Finance, Telco, Platform, or GovTech.
- Experience with ecosystem partnerships and SEA expansion.
- Strong familiarity with AI transformation strategy and practical implementation.
