Sales Executive (Digital Product)
We are looking for proven, quota-carrying sales performers to help us grow our Startup Business. The position reports the Sales Manager directly with the responsibility of achieving the sales quota assigned for the HappyWork Application.
The position is required to maximize revenue and margins by developing business opportunities and delivering value propositions to target customers to help customers to achieve their business objectives.
Generating new business (acquire new customers) and achieve the assigned revenue target
Maintain strong pipelines through creating sales opportunities
Develop business strategies for designated accounts
Build strategic customer relationships to understand customers’ pain points and requirements and design the right solutions
Understand competitor landscapes and their strategies
Identify new leads and avenues for growth
Closed sale by call
Maintain relationships with existing clients
Problem-solving abilities
Qualifications:
Hunter – must be skilled in the development and closure of new opportunities
Be very proactive in responding to customers’ requirements
Having a good record of sales target achievement
Solid solution selling skills and sales forecasting abilities
2 years+ in Sales experience in IT or Enterprise Software
Software sales experience is a plus
High discipline
