Jenosize Digital Group, a leading innovator in Thailand's marketing and technology space, seeks a strategic and results-oriented Account Director to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for building and managing a strong portfolio of clients, leading the development and execution of data-driven digital marketing strategies, and driving significant business growth for both Jenosize and our clients.
As the Account Director, you will wear multiple hats – strategist, consultant, client champion, and team leader. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate marketing leader to make a real impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Client Management & Relationship Building:
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients, acting as their trusted advisor on all aspects of digital marketing.
- Proactively understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives.
- Develop and present customized digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and industry best practices.
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Content Marketing, Email Marketing).
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, content) to create and execute seamless digital marketing experiences.
- Business Development & Growth:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Jenosize's client base.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase Jenosize's expertise and value proposition.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure Jenosize remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Delegate tasks effectively and empower team members to take ownership of their projects.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure ROI and identify areas for optimization.
- Communicate campaign results and insights to clients in a clear and actionable way.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency or client-side marketing role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Content Marketing, Email Marketing).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, data analytics, and ROI measurement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Client-service mentality and a passion for exceeding client expectations.
- Experience managing and leading a team of digital marketing professionals (a plus).
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic agency environment (a plus).
