Key Responsibilities
Corporate Events
- Plan and execute corporate events such as conferences, product launches, internal town halls, or annual company meetings.
- Develop themes, agendas, and creative concepts that align with corporate goals.
- Manage high-level stakeholder communications and ensure all deliverables meet corporate branding guidelines.
Government Events
- Coordinate government initiatives, forums, or campaigns with a focus on precision and compliance.
- Liaise with public sector representatives and agencies to align on messaging and event protocols.
- Ensure adherence to government standards and requirements in planning and execution.
Marketing Events
- Conceptualize and execute experiential marketing events, trade shows, and consumer activations.
- Create engagement strategies that captivate target audiences and amplify brand visibility.
- Integrate digital elements such as live streaming, social media, and virtual components for maximum outreach.
General Responsibilities
- Develop and manage event plans, timelines, and budgets tailored to each type of event.
- Oversee logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, permits, and AV equipment.
- Monitor event execution, addressing challenges and ensuring seamless delivery.
- Analyze post-event results, gather feedback, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in managing corporate, government, or marketing events, preferably in a creative or agency environment.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple large-scale events simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of branding, corporate communication, and government protocols.
- Proficiency in event technologies, staging, AV, and virtual/hybrid event platforms.
- Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail combined with creative and strategic thinking.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in producing hybrid or fully virtual events.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices in corporate or government events.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies to enhance event engagement.
