Jenosize Digital Group, a leading innovator in Thailand's marketing and technology space, seeks a strategic and results-oriented Group Account Director to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in leading the development and execution of integrated 360 marketing campaigns for a portfolio of high-value clients. This leadership position demands a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices, event experience creation, and the effective application of technology solutions to achieve client objectives.


As the Group Account Director, you will be a visionary leader, strategist, and client champion. You will foster strong relationships, manage a team of marketing specialists, and ensure the seamless delivery of impactful marketing initiatives across all channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Management & Relationship Building:
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their trusted advisor on all aspects of 360 marketing. This includes digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Content Marketing, Email Marketing), event experiences, and technology solutions.
  • Proactively understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives.
  • Develop and present customized 360 marketing strategies that align with client goals, industry best practices, and Jenosize's solutions (Brandverse, Jenosize Marketing Cloud, HappyWork).


  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive 360 marketing campaigns that integrate various channels (digital, events, technology) to deliver a holistic brand experience.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, content, events) within Jenosize to create and execute seamless marketing initiatives.


  • Business Development & Growth:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Jenosize's client base.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase Jenosize's expertise, value proposition, and how our integrated marketing approach can address client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Jenosize's technology advancements to ensure we remain at the forefront of 360 marketing.


  • Team Leadership & Performance Management:
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, event specialists, and technology specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and empower team members to take ownership of their projects.


  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics across all channels (digital, events) using data analytics tools to measure ROI and identify areas for optimization.
  • Communicate campaign results and insights to clients in a clear, actionable way, highlighting the impact of Jenosize's integrated approach.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve 360 marketing strategies.


  • Event Experience & Technology Solutions:
  • Collaborate with the events team to develop creative and engaging event experiences that support overall marketing goals.
  • Understand and leverage Jenosize's technology solutions (Brandverse, Jenosize Marketing Cloud, HappyWork) to enhance campaign performance and client engagement across all channels.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in a leadership role within a digital marketing agency or client-side marketing department.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful 360 marketing campaigns that integrate various channels (digital, events, technology).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, data analytics, ROI measurement, event experience creation, and the application of marketing technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Client-service mentality and a passion for exceeding client expectations.
  • Experience managing and leading a team of marketing specialists (a plus).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic agency environment (a plus).
