Managing Director (Technology)

Jenosize Digital Group, a Digital Opportunity Creator in Thailand specialist in creative performance marketing and technology solution, seeks a visionary and strategic Managing Director (Technology) to join our executive leadership team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Jenosize's technology strategy, operations, and talent, driving the continued growth and success of our cutting-edge marketing technology solutions (Brandverse, Jenosize Marketing Cloud, HappyWork).

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology vision and roadmap aligned with Jenosize's overall business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies that can shape Jenosize's future product offerings.
• Champion innovation within the technology department, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
• Lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships with technology companies to enhance Jenosize's capabilities.
• Oversee the technology budget and resource allocation, ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost optimization.
• Operational Excellence:
• Lead and manage all aspects of Jenosize's technology operations, including software development, product management, quality assurance, information security, and IT infrastructure.
• Advocate for agile methodologies and best practices to ensure efficient and streamlined delivery of high-quality technology solutions.
• Implement a system for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the technology department and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of robust security protocols to protect Jenosize's data and infrastructure.
• Talent Management:
• Build and lead a high-performing technology team, attracting and retaining top talent in software development, engineering, product management, and other related disciplines.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment where employees feel valued and empowered to contribute their best work.
• Implement performance management processes and provide coaching and mentorship to support the continuous learning and development of the technology team.
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the technology department, creating a welcoming environment for all talents.

• Product Leadership:
• Work closely with product management to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure technology solutions meet evolving customer needs and market demands.
• Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring Jenosize's technology offerings deliver exceptional value to our customers.
• Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation and design to launch and ongoing support.

• Stakeholder Management:
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including marketing, sales, customer success, and the executive team.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts and strategies to non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment and buy-in for technology initiatives.
• Represent Jenosize at industry events and conferences, showcasing our technology expertise and thought leadership.



Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in a leadership role within the technology industry, with a proven track record of success in managing and growing a technology organization.
• In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, product management best practices, and information security principles.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, DevOps principles, and current technology trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Passion for technology and a strong commitment to innovation.
