Overview
Airports of Thailand PCL or AOT plays a crucial role in a brisk recovery of the Thai tourism sector. The company realized how important it was to gain feedback from passengers who pass through its airport gates.
Results
Jenosize ran a customer survey to collect insights on user experience of AOT airport’s gates, with a goal to produce a Best Practice guideline based on data collected from questionnaires.
The project enabled data collection from 2,650 respondents. Our team of consultants also presented valuable insights from the survey with actionable advice that aligned well with AOT’s upcoming plan.
