Overview

The Thai government has assigned ETDA to equip the country’s workforce with digital skills. The agency has designed workshops targeting working-age population and wanted to create a framework in evaluating effectiveness of its training activities.

Results

Jenosize devised a methodology that helped ETDA gain perspectives on its workshops and gauge performance of the agency’s training programs. The outcome served to outline ETDA’s three-year strategy. Moreover, it helped guide the organization in creating programs for diverse groups of population which included a professional training for soon-to-be-exonerated inmates at Thai prisons.
