Overview

Airports of Thailand PCL or AOT sets a grand mission to improve customer experience at its all airports as the company aspires to meet the international ASQ standards. As part of this project, data collection from airport customers would require a large-scale survey covering AOT’s facilities across Thailand and more importantly reflecting traffics of passengers that come and go around the clock.

The project called for a team that would be ready not just to handle nationwide operation in surveying customers, but to ensure that field workers have proficiency in foreign languages spoken by international tourists such as Mandarin and English.

Results

To efficiently manage the project, Jenosize tapped into our expertise developed through previous engagements with AOT. We also screened field workers through their test results of language proficiency to find qualified candidates. In short, we mobilized our resources to deliver a comprehensive work in a nationwide scale to help the client meet the international best practice.
