As our COO, you will be the engine that powers our operations, transforming strategy into execution and helping scale Jenosize from a digital agency into a high-impact, product-driven innovation company.

Key Responsibilities

🧭 Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Lead day-to-day operations aligned with the company’s long-term vision and strategic roadmap
• Coordinate across business units: Consulting, Technology, Product, Creative, Sales, Marketing, and HR
• Drive company-wide KPI execution, resource prioritization, and team accountability

⚙️ Process & Performance Optimization

• Design, implement, and improve internal workflows to enhance operational efficiency
• Lead the adoption of digital tools, automation, and data-driven decision-making
• Create and maintain high-quality delivery systems (QA, OKR, SLA) with measurable standards

🚀 Business Scale & Growth

• Oversee business scaling across service-based projects and SaaS platforms
• Manage departmental budgets, cost efficiency, and project-level profitability
• Collaborate with CEO, CPO, and other executives to co-design Go-to-Market strategies, pricing, and monetization

👥 People & Culture

• Build a performance-driven but human-centric workplace culture
• Collaborate with HR on organizational structure, career development, and performance systems
• Serve as a change leader who inspires, aligns, and uplifts cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of senior-level experience managing operations in tech, consulting, digital, or startup environments
• Proven ability to scale organizations, balance multiple business models (services + product)
• Strong understanding of B2B digital business, SaaS, AI trends, and enterprise transformation
• Skilled in strategic execution, team leadership, project governance, and process optimization
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
• Comfortable working with founders and building high-performance cross-functional teams
